We live in an age obsessed with following—celebrity influencers, algorithms, causes, and even trends in faith. Everyone’s leading somewhere, but few are following someone worth giving their life to. In a world constantly curating identity and chasing influence, Jesus offers a radically different invitation: “Come, follow Me.” To follow Jesus is to release control, resist comparison, and rediscover the life that’s only found in surrender. But we don’t learn this alone. From the very beginning, discipleship was relational — a shared journey of growth, imitation, and encouragement. Throughout this series, we’ll explore what it really means to be His disciple—not just in belief, but in practice. We’ll learn that following Jesus isn’t about watching from a distance but walking in step with Him and with others who walk beside us. This is a call to disconnect from what distracts, to follow in a new way, and to fix our eyes on the One who leads us toward life — together.
