Meet Our Missionaries
James and Jessica Gay
James, Jessica, and their daughter Julia are preparing to move to Athens, Greece, to serve with One Heart, a ministry in Athens that provides assistance to refugees. In early 2023, God firmly placed it on their hearts that they needed to move to Greece to serve Him there. Jessica's background in nursing has set her up well to help run the One Heart clinic and minister to refugees who need medical care. James will continue to work remotely with his US employer, help with odd jobs around the clinic, and provide transportation to refugees for appointments. Julia will be starting kindergarten next fall in Greece.
“We are excited to see what God will do in and through our lives in Athens. We know He has far grander plans than we could ever imagine! We'd love for you to partner with us in prayer and financial support as we prepare to embark on this new adventure God has given us. Moving overseas is an expensive endeavor, and we're so thankful for the Harbor family's support in helping to defray those costs. We have found a house! Praise that we have found one and continued prayers that everything will go smoothly with closing.
Our daughter, Julia, will be starting kindergarten in Greece in February. Please pray that this is a smooth transition and that the school routine helps give her a sense of normalcy and security as everything in her life changes.
